· Understands, supports, and maintains requirements outlined in the quality management system as it relates to the materials department. · Identifies and communicates training needs. Ensures that training is executed and documented. Assists in assessing the effectiveness of training. · Must excel at working in a team environment. · This position requires that the person be a highly organized individual, who is self-motivated, and can work independently. · Must have very strong leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills. · Must be able to manage multiple tasks and or priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
